Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain hair-free and protected during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
